Jill has been a regular participant on our table tennis circuit for many years and has many friends among all ages. She was often supported by her husband Bill, and many of us enjoyed Jill and Bill sharing some of the stories and photographs of their amazing holidays and adventures, particularly in recent years.
Bill will be remembered by many as a lovely, kind man, who enjoyed over 60 years of happy marriage with Jill - and a lifetime of supporting her table tennis and enjoying the companionship of the VETTS.

Jill has asked us to pass on the details of the service. The cremation will take place at Barnstaple Crematorium (Old Torrington Rd, Roundswell, Barnstaple EX31 3NW) , on Monday, February 2, 2026 at 10am followed by a wake at Holsworthy Golf Club (Killatree, Holsworthy EX22 6LP).
No flowers by request. If desired, donations may be made to AWB Funeral service 25 The Square, Holsworthy, Devon EX22 6AN (Ref: W J Knightley) and they will be sent to the Hospice in Holsworthy.
