The First Masters Event of the 2026/27 Season

We’re almost ready for the first VETTS Masters event of the new season, and we’re looking forward to welcoming everyone to Durham for what promises to be a great weekend of table tennis.

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Kath Fisher, who died peacefully in hospital on 22 August 2026, aged 94.

Almost 10 years ago our friend, Sue Collier, led a successful fundraising campaign for the VETTS to buy our own defib.

Our defib needed replacing this season, and we are very grateful to Andy Eagles for sourcing a new one for us, and to a couple of members of the VETTS who gave us generous donations to help towards the cost of our new one.
