The penultimate VETTS event of the season took place in the South Western part of the country when the veteran community headed to Thornbury, near Bristol, for the VETTS Western Masters.

The entry is now open for the VETTS Nationals Championships 2026 which will be held at Aldersley Leisure Village Aldersley Road, WV6 9NW Wolverhampton on Saturday and Sunday, May 16 and 17, 2026.

So that's a wrap for the North West Masters at Preston - 23 events, 25 tables, almost 220 players and a full weekend of competitive play and a fair bit of socialising and friendship.
